3. Spraying should keep good environment. It is suggested that dust-free treatment be adopted in operation room, temperature should be controlled at 20-30 degrees and humidity should be controlled at 60-80%. Too much dust will lead to bad increase, too low will lead to poor leveling, adhesion decline, too high humidity is easy to cause film shrinkage, too low humidity is easy to cause electrostatic safety hazards.

4. Flame (or discharge) treated silicone film needs to be used up in 30 minutes, more than 30 minutes must be re-flame (or discharge) treatment.

5. After spraying PU, the load on the elastic wall increases, and increases with the increase of film thickness; the elongation of silicone rubber decreases, if these requirements, a construction method and spraying thickness should be left.
